وَلَىِٕنْ اَرْسَلْنَا رِيْحًا فَرَاَوْهُ مُصْفَرًّا لَّظَلُّوْا مِنْۢ بَعْدِهٖ يَكْفُرُوْنَ ( الروم: ٥١ )
wala-in
وَلَئِنْ
But if
Et certainement si
arsalnā
أَرْسَلْنَا
We sent
Nous envoyions
rīḥan
رِيحًا
a wind
un vent
fara-awhu
فَرَأَوْهُ
and they see it
et ils le voyaient ensuite
muṣ'farran
مُصْفَرًّا
turn yellow
(alors qu’il est) jaune,
laẓallū
لَّظَلُّوا۟
certainly they continue
ils resteraient certainement
min
مِنۢ
after it
[]
baʿdihi
بَعْدِهِۦ
after it
après lui
yakfurūna
يَكْفُرُونَ
(in) disbelief
(dans l’état où) ils mécroient.
Wa la'in arsalnaa reehan fara awhu musfarral lazalloo mim ba'dihee yakfuroon (ar-Rūm 30:51)
English Sahih:
But if We should send a [bad] wind and they saw [their crops] turned yellow, they would remain thereafter disbelievers. (Ar-Rum [30] : 51)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Et si Nous envoyons un vent et qu'ils voient jaunir [leur végétation], ils demeurent après cela ingrats (oubliant les bienfaits antérieurs). (Ar-Rum [30] : 51)

Si Nous envoyions sur leurs récoltes et leurs plantes un vent qui les détruisait et qu’ils voyaient leur récoltes jaunir après qu’elles aient été vertes, ils renieraient alors les bienfaits précédents d'Allah, aussi nombreux fussent-ils.
