قَالَ رَبِّ اِنِّيْ لَآ اَمْلِكُ اِلَّا نَفْسِيْ وَاَخِيْ فَافْرُقْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ الْقَوْمِ الْفٰسِقِيْنَ ( المائدة: ٢٥ )

He said
Il a dit :
rabbi
رَبِّ
"O my Lord!
« Mon Maître !
innī
إِنِّى
Indeed, I
Certes, je
lā
لَآ
(do) not
n’
amliku
أَمْلِكُ
(have) power
ai (pas) de pouvoir
illā
إِلَّا
except
sauf
nafsī
نَفْسِى
(over) myself
(sur) moi-même
wa-akhī
وَأَخِىۖ
and my brother
et mon frère.
fa-uf'ruq
فَٱفْرُقْ
so (make a) separation
Sépare donc
baynanā
بَيْنَنَا
between us
entre nous
wabayna
وَبَيْنَ
and between
et [entre]
l-qawmi
ٱلْقَوْمِ
the people"
les gens
l-fāsiqīna
ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ
(the) defiantly disobedient"
immoraux. »
Qaala Rabbi innee laaa amliku illaa nafsee wa akhee fafruq bainanaa wa bainal qawmil faasiqeen (al-Māʾidah 5:25)
English Sahih:
[Moses] said, "My Lord, indeed I do not possess [i.e., control] except myself and my brother, so part us from the defiantly disobedient people." (Al-Ma'idah [5] : 25)

Il dit: «Seigneur! Je n'ai de pouvoir, vraiment, que sur moi-même et sur mon frère: sépare-nous donc de ce peuple pervers». (Al-Ma'idah [5] : 25)
