كَذٰلِكَ الْعَذَابُۗ وَلَعَذَابُ الْاٰخِرَةِ اَكْبَرُۘ لَوْ كَانُوْا يَعْلَمُوْنَ ࣖ ( القلم: ٣٣ )
kadhālika
كَذَٰلِكَ
Such
Ainsi (est)
l-ʿadhābu
ٱلْعَذَابُۖ
(is) the punishment
le châtiment.
walaʿadhābu
وَلَعَذَابُ
And surely the punishment
Et certainement (le) châtiment
l-ākhirati
ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ
(of) the Hereafter
(de) l’au-delà
akbaru
أَكْبَرُۚ
(is) greater
(est) plus grand.

kānū
كَانُوا۟
they
ils savaient
yaʿlamūna
يَعْلَمُونَ
know
ils savaient !
Kazaalikal azaab, wa la'azaabul aakhirati akbar; law kaanoo ya'lamoon (al-Q̈alam 68:33)
English Sahih:
Such is the punishment [of this world]. And the punishment of the Hereafter is greater, if they only knew. (Al-Qalam [68] : 33)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Tel fut le châtiment; et le châtiment de l'au-delà est plus grand encore, si seulement ils savaient! (Al-Qalam [68] : 33)
