سَوَاۤءٌ مِّنْكُمْ مَّنْ اَسَرَّ الْقَوْلَ وَمَنْ جَهَرَ بِهٖ وَمَنْ هُوَ مُسْتَخْفٍۢ بِالَّيْلِ وَسَارِبٌۢ بِالنَّهَارِ ( الرعد: ١٠ )
(It is) same (to Him)
سَوَآءٌ
यक्साँ/बराबर है
[of you]
مِّنكُم
तुम में से
(one) who
مَّنْ
जो
conceals
أَسَرَّ
छुपा कर करे
the speech
ٱلْقَوْلَ
बात को
or (one) who
وَمَن
और जो कोई
publicizes
جَهَرَ
ज़ाहिर करे
it
بِهِۦ
उसे
and (one) who
وَمَنْ
और जो कोई
[he]
هُوَ
वो
(is) hidden
مُسْتَخْفٍۭ
छुपने वाला है
by night
بِٱلَّيْلِ
रात को
or goes freely
وَسَارِبٌۢ
और चलने वाला है
by day
بِٱلنَّهَارِ
दिन को
Sawaon minkum man asarra alqawla waman jahara bihi waman huwa mustakhfin biallayli wasaribun bialnnahari (ar-Raʿd 13:10)

तुममें से कोई चुपके से बात करे और जो कोई ज़ोर से और जो कोई रात में छिपता हो और जो दिन में चलता-फिरता दीख पड़ता हो उसके लिए सब बराबर है
English Sahih:
It is the same [to Him] concerning you whether one conceals [his] speech or publicizes it and whether one is hidden by night or conspicuous [among others] by day. ([13] Ar-Ra'd : 10)
