وَاِنْ مِّنْ قَرْيَةٍ اِلَّا نَحْنُ مُهْلِكُوْهَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ اَوْ مُعَذِّبُوْهَا عَذَابًا شَدِيْدًاۗ كَانَ ذٰلِكَ فىِ الْكِتٰبِ مَسْطُوْرًا ( الإسراء: ٥٨ )
And not
وَإِن
और नहीं
(is) any
مِّن
कोई बस्ती
town
قَرْيَةٍ
कोई बस्ती
but
إِلَّا
मगर
We
نَحْنُ
हम
(will) destroy it
مُهْلِكُوهَا
हलाक करने वाले है उसे
before
قَبْلَ
क़ब्ल
(the) Day
يَوْمِ
दिन
(of) the Resurrection
ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ
क़यामत के
or
أَوْ
या
punish it
مُعَذِّبُوهَا
अज़ाब देने वाले हैं उसे
with a punishment
عَذَابًا
अज़ाब
severe
شَدِيدًاۚ
सख़्त
That is
كَانَ
है
That is
ذَٰلِكَ
ये
in
فِى
किताब में
the Book
ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
किताब में
written
مَسْطُورًا
लिखा हुआ
Wain min qaryatin illa nahnu muhlikooha qabla yawmi alqiyamati aw mu'aththibooha 'athaban shadeedan kana thalika fee alkitabi mastooran (al-ʾIsrāʾ 17:58)

कोई भी (अवज्ञाकारी) बस्ती ऐसी नहीं जिसे हम क़ियामत के दिन से पहले विनष्टअ न कर दें या उसे कठोर यातना न दे। यह बात किताब में लिखी जा चुकी है
English Sahih:
And there is no city but that We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment. That has ever been in the Register inscribed. ([17] Al-Isra : 58)
