فَاِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهٗ مِنْۢ بَعْدُ حَتّٰى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهٗ ۗ فَاِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَآ اَنْ يَّتَرَاجَعَآ اِنْ ظَنَّآ اَنْ يُّقِيْمَا حُدُوْدَ اللّٰهِ ۗ وَتِلْكَ حُدُوْدُ اللّٰهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَّعْلَمُوْنَ ( البقرة: ٢٣٠ )
Fain tallaqaha fala tahillu lahu min ba'du hatta tankiha zawjan ghayrahu fain tallaqaha fala junaha 'alayhima an yataraja'a in thanna an yuqeema hudooda Allahi watilka hudoodu Allahi yubayyinuha liqawmin ya'lamoona (al-Baq̈arah 2:230)

(दो तलाक़ो के पश्चात) फिर यदि वह उसे तलाक़ दे दे, तो इसके पश्चात वह उसके लिए वैध न होगी, जबतक कि वह उसके अतिरिक्त किसी दूसरे पति से निकाह न कर ले। अतः यदि वह उसे तलाक़ दे दे तो फिर उन दोनों के लिए एक-दूसरे को पलट आने में कोई गुनाह न होगा, यदि वे समझते हो कि अल्लाह की सीमाओं पर क़ायम रह सकते है। और ये अल्लाह कि निर्धारित की हुई सीमाएँ है, जिन्हें वह उन लोगों के लिए बयान कर रहा है जो जानना चाहते हो
English Sahih:
And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until [after] she marries a husband other than him. And if he [i.e., the latter husband] divorces her [or dies], there is no blame upon them [i.e., the woman and her former husband] for returning to each other if they think that they can keep [within] the limits of Allah. These are the limits of Allah, which He makes clear to a people who know [i.e.,understand]. ([2] Al-Baqarah : 230)

फिर अगर तीसरी बार भी औरत को तलाक़ (बाइन) दे तो उसके बाद जब तक दूसरे मर्द से निकाह न कर ले उस के लिए हलाल नही हाँ अगर दूसरा शौहर निकाह के बाद उसको तलाक़ दे दे तब अलबत्ता उन मिया बीबी पर बाहम मेल कर लेने में कुछ गुनाह नहीं है अगर उन दोनों को यह ग़ुमान हो कि ख़ुदा हदों को क़ायम रख सकेंगें और ये ख़ुदा की (मुक़र्रर की हुई) हदें हैं जो समझदार लोगों के वास्ते साफ साफ बयान करता है
