وَمَا كُنْتَ بِجَانِبِ الطُّوْرِ اِذْ نَادَيْنَا وَلٰكِنْ رَّحْمَةً مِّنْ رَّبِّكَ لِتُنْذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّآ اَتٰىهُمْ مِّنْ نَّذِيْرٍ مِّنْ قَبْلِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُوْنَ ( القصص: ٤٦ )
Wama kunta bijanibi alttoori ith nadayna walakin rahmatan min rabbika litunthira qawman ma atahum min natheerin min qablika la'allahum yatathakkaroona (al-Q̈aṣaṣ 28:46)

और तुम तूर के अंचल में भी उपस्थित न थे जब हमने पुकारा था, किन्तु यह तुम्हारे रब की दयालुता है - ताकि तुम ऐसे लोगों को सचेत कर दो जिनके पास तुमसे पहले कोई सचेत करनेवाला नहीं आया, ताकि वे ध्यान दें
English Sahih:
And you were not at the side of the mount when We called [Moses] but [were sent] as a mercy from your Lord to warn a people to whom no warner had come before you that they might be reminded. ([28] Al-Qasas : 46)
