اَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ لَهٗ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۗ يُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ وَيَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗوَاللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ( المائدة: ٤٠ )
Do not
أَلَمْ
क्या नहीं
you know
تَعْلَمْ
आपने जाना
that
أَنَّ
बेशक
Allah
ٱللَّهَ
अल्लाह
to Him (belongs)
لَهُۥ
उसी के लिए है
the dominion
مُلْكُ
बादशाहत
(of) the heavens
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
आसमानों
and the earth?
وَٱلْأَرْضِ
और ज़मीन की
He punishes
يُعَذِّبُ
वो अज़ाब देता है
whom
مَن
जिसे
He wills
يَشَآءُ
वो चाहता है
and He forgives
وَيَغْفِرُ
और वो बख़्श देता है
[to] whom
لِمَن
जिसे
He wills
يَشَآءُۗ
वो चाहता है
And Allah
وَٱللَّهُ
और अल्लाह
(is) on
عَلَىٰ
ऊपर
every
كُلِّ
हर
thing
شَىْءٍ
चीज़ के
All-Powerful
قَدِيرٌ
ख़ूब क़ुदरत रखने वाला है
Alam ta'lam anna Allaha lahu mulku alssamawati waalardi yu'aththibu man yashao wayaghfiru liman yashao waAllahu 'ala kulli shayin qadeerun (al-Māʾidah 5:40)

क्या तुम नहीं जानते कि अल्लाह ही आकाशों और धरती के राज्य का अधिकारी है? वह जिसे चाहे यातना दे और जिसे चाहे क्षमा कर दे। अल्लाह को हर चीज़ की सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है
English Sahih:
Do you not know that to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth? He punishes whom He wills and forgives whom He wills, and Allah is over all things competent. ([5] Al-Ma'idah : 40)
