وَلِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِيْنَ اَسَاۤءُوْا بِمَا عَمِلُوْا وَيَجْزِيَ الَّذِيْنَ اَحْسَنُوْا بِالْحُسْنٰىۚ ( النجم: ٣١ )
And for Allah
وَلِلَّهِ
और अल्लाह ही के लिए है
(is) whatever
مَا
जो कुछ
(is) in
فِى
आसमानों में है
the heavens
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
आसमानों में है
and whatever
وَمَا
और जो कुछ
(is) in
فِى
ज़मीन में है
the earth
ٱلْأَرْضِ
ज़मीन में है
that He may recompense
لِيَجْزِىَ
ताकि वो बदला दे
those who
ٱلَّذِينَ
उनको जिन्होंने
do evil
أَسَٰٓـُٔوا۟
बुरा किया
with what
بِمَا
बवजह उसके जो
they have done
عَمِلُوا۟
उन्होंने अमल किए
and recompense
وَيَجْزِىَ
और वो बदला दे
those who
ٱلَّذِينَ
उनको जिन्होंने
do good
أَحْسَنُوا۟
अच्छा किया
with the best
بِٱلْحُسْنَى
साथ भलाई के
Walillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi liyajziya allatheena asaoo bima 'amiloo wayajziya allatheena ahsanoo bialhusna (an-Najm 53:31)

अल्लाह ही का है जो कुछ आकाशों में है और जो कुछ धरती में है, ताकि जिन लोगों ने बुराई की वह उन्हें उनके किए का बदला दे। और जिन लोगों ने भलाई की उन्हें अच्छा बदला दे;
English Sahih:
And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth – that He may recompense those who do evil with [the penalty of] what they have done and recompense those who do good with the best [reward] – ([53] An-Najm : 31)
