اِنَّمَا يَنْهٰىكُمُ اللّٰهُ عَنِ الَّذِيْنَ قَاتَلُوْكُمْ فِى الدِّيْنِ وَاَخْرَجُوْكُمْ مِّنْ دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوْا عَلٰٓى اِخْرَاجِكُمْ اَنْ تَوَلَّوْهُمْۚ وَمَنْ يَّتَوَلَّهُمْ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ ( الممتحنة: ٩ )
Innama yanhakumu Allahu 'ani allatheena qatalookum fee alddeeni waakhrajookum min diyarikum wathaharoo 'ala ikhrajikum an tawallawhum waman yatawallahum faolaika humu alththalimoona (al-Mumtaḥanah 60:9)

अल्लाह तो तुम्हें केवल उन लोगों से मित्रता करने से रोकता है जिन्होंने धर्म के मामले में तुमसे युद्ध किया और तुम्हें तुम्हारे अपने घरों से निकाला और तुम्हारे निकाले जाने के सम्बन्ध में सहायता की। जो लोग उनसे मित्रता करें वही ज़ालिम है
English Sahih:
Allah only forbids you from those who fight you because of religion and expel you from your homes and aid in your expulsion – [forbids] that you make allies of them. And whoever makes allies of them, then it is those who are the wrongdoers. ([60] Al-Mumtahanah : 9)
