وَاٰخَرُوْنَ مُرْجَوْنَ لِاَمْرِ اللّٰهِ اِمَّا يُعَذِّبُهُمْ وَاِمَّا يَتُوْبُ عَلَيْهِمْۗ وَاللّٰهُ عَلِيْمٌ حَكِيْمٌ ( التوبة: ١٠٦ )
And others
وَءَاخَرُونَ
और कुछ दूसरे
deferred
مُرْجَوْنَ
जो मुअख़्ख़र रखे गए हैं
for the Command of Allah
لِأَمْرِ
हुक्म के लिए
for the Command of Allah
ٱللَّهِ
अल्लाह के
whether
إِمَّا
ख़्वाह
He will punish them
يُعَذِّبُهُمْ
वो अज़ाब दे उन्हें
or
وَإِمَّا
और ख़्वाह
He will turn (in mercy)
يَتُوبُ
वो मेहरबान हो
to them
عَلَيْهِمْۗ
उन पर
And Allah
وَٱللَّهُ
और अल्लाह
(is) All-Knower
عَلِيمٌ
ख़ूब इल्म वाला है
All-Wise
حَكِيمٌ
बहुत हिकमत वाला है
Waakharoona murjawna liamri Allahi imma yu'aththibuhum waimma yatoobu 'alayhim waAllahu 'aleemun hakeemun (at-Tawbah 9:106)

और कुछ दूसरे लोग भी है जिनका मामला अल्लाह का हुक्म आने तक स्थगित है, चाहे वह उन्हें यातना दे या उनकी तौबा क़बूल करे। अल्लाह सर्वज्ञ, तत्वदर्शी है
English Sahih:
And [there are] others deferred until the command of Allah – whether He will punish them or whether He will forgive them. And Allah is Knowing and Wise. ([9] At-Tawbah : 106)
