وَيَوۡمَ يَعَضُّ الظَّالِمُ عَلٰى يَدَيۡهِ يَقُوۡلُ يٰلَيۡتَنِى اتَّخَذۡتُ مَعَ الرَّسُوۡلِ سَبِيۡلًا(الفرقان :27)
وَيَوْمَ
And (the) Day
يَعَضُّ
will bite
ٱلظَّالِمُ
the wrongdoer
عَلَىٰ
[on]
يَدَيْهِ
his hands
يَقُولُ
he will say
يَٰلَيْتَنِى
"O I wish!
ٱتَّخَذْتُ
I had taken
مَعَ
with
ٱلرَّسُولِ
the Messenger
سَبِيلًا
a way
Wayawma ya'addu alththalimu 'ala yadayhi yaqoolu ya laytanee ittakhathtu ma'a alrrasooli sabeelan
Sahih International:
And the Day the wrongdoer will bite on his hands [in regret] he will say, "Oh, I wish I had taken with the Messenger a way.
