هُوَ الَّذِيْ جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الَّيْلَ لِتَسْكُنُوْا فِيْهِ وَالنَّهَارَ مُبْصِرًا ۗاِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَّسْمَعُوْنَ ( يونس: ٦٧ )
huwa alladhī
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى
He (is) the One Who
അവന്‍ യാതൊരുവന്‍, അവനത്രെയാതൊരുവന്‍
jaʿala lakumu
جَعَلَ لَكُمُ
made for you
നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ആക്കി (ഏര്‍പ്പെടുത്തി)യ
al-layla
ٱلَّيْلَ
the night
രാത്രിയെ
litaskunū
لِتَسْكُنُوا۟
that you may rest
നിങ്ങള്‍ അടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുവാന്‍, ശാന്തമായിരിക്കുവാന്‍
fīhi
فِيهِ
in it
അതില്‍
wal-nahāra
وَٱلنَّهَارَ
and the day
പകലിനെയും
mub'ṣiran
مُبْصِرًاۚ
giving visibility
കാണത്തക്കവിധത്തില്‍
inna fī dhālika
إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ
Indeed in that
നിശ്ചയമായും അതിലുണ്ട്‌
laāyātin
لَءَايَٰتٍ
surely (are) Signs
പല ദൃഷ്‌ടാന്തങ്ങള്‍
liqawmin
لِّقَوْمٍ
for a people
ഒരു ജനതക്ക്‌
yasmaʿūna
يَسْمَعُونَ
(who) listen
കേള്‍ക്കുന്ന, കേട്ടറിയുന്ന
Huwal lazee ja'ala lakumul laila litaskunoo feehi wannahaara mubsiraa; inna fee zaalika la Aayaatil liqawmai yasma'oon (al-Yūnus 10:67)
English Sahih:
It is He who made for you the night to rest therein and the day, giving sight. Indeed in that are signs for a people who listen. (Yunus [10] : 67)

നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ശാന്തി നേടാനായി രാവിനെ നിശ്ചയിച്ചു തന്നതും പകലിനെ പ്രകാശപൂരിതമാക്കിയതും അവനാണ്. ശ്രദ്ധയുള്ള ജനത്തിന് അതില്‍ ധാരാളം ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളുണ്ട്. (യൂനുസ് [10] : 67)
