وَاِذَا قِيْلَ لَهُمْ مَّاذَآ اَنْزَلَ رَبُّكُمْ ۙقَالُوْٓا اَسَاطِيْرُ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ ( النحل: ٢٤ )
wa-idhā qīla
وَإِذَا قِيلَ
And when it is said
പറയ (ചോദിക്ക) പ്പെട്ടാല്

"What
എന്തൊന്നാണ്

أَنزَلَ
has your Lord sent down?
ഇറക്കിയത്
rabbukum
رَبُّكُمْۙ
has your Lord sent down?
നിങ്ങളുടെ റബ്ബു
qālū
قَالُوٓا۟
They say
അവര് പറയും
asāṭīru
أَسَٰطِيرُ
"Tales
പുരാണ കഥകള് (ഐതിഹ്യങ്ങള്) ആകുന്നു
l-awalīna
ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
(of) the ancient"
പൂര്വ്വികന്മാരുടെ.
Wa izaa qeela lahum maazaaa anzala Rabbukum qaaloo asaateerul awwaleen (an-Naḥl 16:24)
English Sahih:
And when it is said to them, "What has your Lord sent down?" they say, "Legends of the former peoples," (An-Nahl [16] : 24)

നിങ്ങളുടെ നാഥന് ഇറക്കിത്തന്നത് എന്താണെന്ന് ചോദിച്ചാല് അവര് പറയും: ''പൂര്വികരുടെ പഴങ്കഥകള്.'' (അന്നഹ്ല് [16] : 24)
