قُلْ اِنْ كَانَتْ لَكُمُ الدَّارُ الْاٰخِرَةُ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ خَالِصَةً مِّنْ دُوْنِ النَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُا الْمَوْتَ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ صٰدِقِيْنَ ( البقرة: ٩٤ )

قُلْ
Say
നീ പറയുക
in kānat
إِن كَانَتْ
"If is
ആണെങ്കില്, ആയിരുന്നാല്
lakumu
لَكُمُ
for you
നിങ്ങള്ക്ക്
l-dāru l-ākhiratu
ٱلدَّارُ ٱلْءَاخِرَةُ
the home (of) the Hereafter
പരലോക ഭവനം
ʿinda l-lahi
عِندَ ٱللَّهِ
with Allah
അല്ലാഹുവിങ്കല്
khāliṣatan
خَالِصَةً
exclusively
മാത്രമായി
min dūni
مِّن دُونِ
from excluding
കൂടാതെ, പുറമെ
l-nāsi
ٱلنَّاسِ
the mankind
മനുഷ്യരെ
fatamannawū
فَتَمَنَّوُا۟
then wish
എന്നാല് നിങ്ങള് കൊതിക്കുവിന്
l-mawta
ٱلْمَوْتَ
(for) [the] death
മരണം, മരിക്കാന്
in kuntum
إِن كُنتُمْ
if you are
നിങ്ങളാണെങ്കില്
ṣādiqīna
صَٰدِقِينَ
truthful"
സത്യം പറയുന്നവര്
Qul in kaanat lakumud Daarul Aakhiratu 'indal laahi khaalisatam min doonin naasi fatamannawul mawta in kuntum saadiqeen (al-Baq̈arah 2:94)
English Sahih:
Say, [O Muhammad], "If the home of the Hereafter with Allah is for you alone and not the [other] people, then wish for death, if you should be truthful." (Al-Baqarah [2] : 94)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
പറയുക: 'ദൈവത്തിങ്കല് പരലോകഭവനം മറ്റു ജനങ്ങള്ക്കില്ലാതെ നിങ്ങള്ക്കു പ്രത്യേകമായുള്ളതാണെങ്കില് നിങ്ങള് മരണം കൊതിക്കുക; നിങ്ങള് സത്യസന്ധരെങ്കില്!' (അല്ബഖറ [2] : 94)
