وَزَكَرِيَّآ اِذْ نَادٰى رَبَّهٗ رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِيْ فَرْدًا وَّاَنْتَ خَيْرُ الْوٰرِثِيْنَ ۚ ( الأنبياء: ٨٩ )
wazakariyyā
وَزَكَرِيَّآ
And Zakariya
സകരിയ്യായെയും (ഓര്ക്കുക)
idh nādā
إِذْ نَادَىٰ
when he called
അദ്ദേഹം വിളിച്ച (പ്രാര്ത്ഥിച്ച) സന്ദര്ഭം
rabbahu
رَبَّهُۥ
(to) his Lord
തന്റെ റബ്ബിനെ
rabbi
رَبِّ
"My Lord!
റബ്ബേ, രക്ഷിതാവേ
lā tadharnī
لَا تَذَرْنِى
(Do) not leave me
നീ എന്നെ വിട്ടുകളയരുതേ
fardan
فَرْدًا
alone
ഒറ്റയായി
wa-anta
وَأَنتَ
while You
നീ, നീയാകട്ടെ
khayru l-wārithīna
خَيْرُ ٱلْوَٰرِثِينَ
(are) [the] Best (of) the inheritors"
അനന്തരമെടുക്കുന്നുവരില് ഉത്തമനാണ്
Wa Zakariyyaaa iz naadaa Rabbahoo Rabbi laa tazarnee fardanw wa Anta khairul waariseen (al-ʾAnbiyāʾ 21:89)
English Sahih:
And [mention] Zechariah, when he called to his Lord, "My Lord, do not leave me alone [with no heir], while You are the best of inheritors." (Al-Anbya [21] : 89)

സകരിയ്യാ തന്റെ നാഥനെ വിളിച്ചുപ്രാര്ഥിച്ച കാര്യം ഓര്ക്കുക: ''എന്റെ നാഥാ, നീയെന്നെ ഒറ്റയാനായി വിടരുതേ. നീയാണല്ലോ അനന്തരമെടുക്കുന്നവരില് അത്യുത്തമന്.'' (അല്അമ്പിയാഅ് [21] : 89)
