وَقَالَ الَّذِيْنَ اُوْتُوا الْعِلْمَ وَيْلَكُمْ ثَوَابُ اللّٰهِ خَيْرٌ لِّمَنْ اٰمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا ۚوَلَا يُلَقّٰىهَآ اِلَّا الصّٰبِرُوْنَ ( القصص: ٨٠ )
Wa qaalal lazeena ootul 'ilma wailakum sawaabul laahi khairul liman aamana wa 'amila saalihaa; wa laa yulaq qaahaaa illas saabiroon (al-Q̈aṣaṣ 28:80)
English Sahih:
But those who had been given knowledge said, "Woe to you! The reward of Allah is better for he who believes and does righteousness. And none are granted it except the patient." (Al-Qasas [28] : 80)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
എന്നാല് അറിവുള്ളവര് പറഞ്ഞതിങ്ങനെയാണ്: ''നിങ്ങള്ക്കു നാശം! സത്യവിശ്വാസം സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും സല്ക്കര്മങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവന്ന് അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ പ്രതിഫലമാണ് ഏറ്റം നല്ലത്. എന്നാല് ക്ഷമാശീലര്ക്കല്ലാതെ അതു ലഭ്യമല്ല.'' (അല്ഖസ്വസ്വ് [28] : 80)
