يَوْمَىِٕذٍ يَّوَدُّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا وَعَصَوُا الرَّسُوْلَ لَوْ تُسَوّٰى بِهِمُ الْاَرْضُۗ وَلَا يَكْتُمُوْنَ اللّٰهَ حَدِيْثًا ࣖ ( النساء: ٤٢ )
yawma-idhin
يَوْمَئِذٍ
(On) that Day
ആ ദിവസം, അന്ന്
yawaddu
يَوَدُّ
will wish
ആഗ്രഹിക്കും, മോഹിക്കും
alladhīna kafarū
ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟
those who disbelieved
അവിശ്വസിച്ചവര്‍
waʿaṣawū
وَعَصَوُا۟
and disobeyed
എതിരു പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുക (അനുസരണക്കേട് കാണിക്കുക)യും ചെയ്ത
l-rasūla
ٱلرَّسُولَ
the Messenger
റസൂലിന്, റസൂലിനോട്
law tusawwā
لَوْ تُسَوَّىٰ
if was leveled
(സമ) നിരപ്പാക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍
bihimu
بِهِمُ
with them
തങ്ങളെയും കൊണ്ട്
l-arḍu
ٱلْأَرْضُ
the earth
ഭൂമി
walā yaktumūna
وَلَا يَكْتُمُونَ
and not they will (be able to) hide
അവര്‍ മറച്ചു (മൂടി - ഒളിച്ചു) വെക്കുകയുമില്ല
l-laha
ٱللَّهَ
(from) Allah
അല്ലാഹുവിനോട്
ḥadīthan
حَدِيثًا
(any) statement
ഒരു വര്‍ത്തമാനവും, വിഷയവും
Yawma'iziny yawad dullazeena kafaroo wa'asawur Rasoola law tusawwaa bihimul ardu wa laa yaktumoonal laaha hadeesaa (an-Nisāʾ 4:42)
English Sahih:
That Day, those who disbelieved and disobeyed the Messenger will wish they could be covered by the earth. And they will not conceal from Allah a [single] statement. (An-Nisa [4] : 42)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
സത്യത്തെ നിഷേധിക്കുകയും ദൈവദൂതനെ ധിക്കരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവര്‍ അന്ന് കൊതിച്ചുപോകും: 'തങ്ങളെ അടിയിലാക്കി ഭൂമിയൊന്ന് നിരപ്പായെങ്കില്‍ എത്ര നന്നായേനെ.' ഒരു വിവരവും അല്ലാഹുവില്‍നിന്ന് മറച്ചുവെക്കാനവര്‍ക്കാവില്ല. (അന്നിസാഅ് [4] : 42)
