وَلَقَدْ اَهْلَكْنَا مَا حَوْلَكُمْ مِّنَ الْقُرٰى وَصَرَّفْنَا الْاٰيٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُوْنَ ( الأحقاف: ٢٧ )
walaqad ahlaknā
وَلَقَدْ أَهْلَكْنَا
And certainly We destroyed
നാം നശിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്
mā ḥawlakum
مَا حَوْلَكُم
what surrounds you
നിങ്ങളുടെ ചുറ്റുപാടിലുള്ളതു
mina l-qurā
مِّنَ ٱلْقُرَىٰ
of the towns
രാജ്യങ്ങളില്നിന്നു
waṣarrafnā
وَصَرَّفْنَا
and We have diversified
നാം തിരിമറി ചെയ്തു (വിവിധരൂപേണ വിവരിച്ചു)
l-āyāti
ٱلْءَايَٰتِ
the Signs
ആയത്തുകളെ
laʿallahum yarjiʿūna
لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
that they may return
അവര് മടങ്ങുവാന്, മടങ്ങിയേക്കാമല്ലോ
Wa laqad ahlaknaa ma hawlakum minal quraa wa sarrafnal Aayaati la'allahum yarji'oon (al-ʾAḥq̈āf 46:27)
English Sahih:
And We have already destroyed what surrounds you of [those] cities, and We have diversified the signs [or verses] that perhaps they might return [from disbelief]. (Al-Ahqaf [46] : 27)

നിങ്ങളുടെ ചുറ്റുമുള്ള ചില നാടുകളെയും നാം നശിപ്പിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. അവര് സത്യത്തിലേക്കു തിരിച്ചുവരാനായി നമ്മുടെ വചനങ്ങള് നാം അവര്ക്ക് വിശദമായി വിവരിച്ചുകൊടുത്തിരുന്നു. (അല്അഹ്ഖാഫ് [46] : 27)
