بَلْ عَجِبُوْٓا اَنْ جَاۤءَهُمْ مُّنْذِرٌ مِّنْهُمْ فَقَالَ الْكٰفِرُوْنَ هٰذَا شَيْءٌ عَجِيْبٌ ۚ ( ق: ٢ )

Nay
എങ്കിലും, എന്നാല്, പക്ഷേ
ʿajibū
عَجِبُوٓا۟
they wonder
അവര് ആശ്ചര്യപ്പെടുകയാണ്
an jāahum
أَن جَآءَهُم
that has come to them
അവര്ക്ക് വന്നതിനാല്
mundhirun
مُّنذِرٌ
a warner
ഒരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പു (താക്കീതു)കാരന്
min'hum
مِّنْهُمْ
from them
അവരില്നിന്നു
faqāla
فَقَالَ
So say
എന്നിട്ടു പറഞ്ഞു, പറയുന്നു
l-kāfirūna
ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ
the disbelievers
അവിശ്വാസികള്
hādhā
هَٰذَا
"This
ഇതു
shayon ʿajībun
شَىْءٌ عَجِيبٌ
(is) a thing amazing
ആശ്ചര്യ(അത്ഭുത)കരമായ ഒരു കാര്യം (വസ്തുത) ആകുന്നു
Bal 'ajibooo an jaa'ahum munzirum minhum faqaalal kaafiroona haazaa shai'un 'ajeeb (Q̈āf 50:2)
English Sahih:
But they wonder that there has come to them a warner from among themselves, and the disbelievers say, "This is an amazing thing. (Qaf [50] : 2)

തങ്ങളില്നിന്നു തന്നെയുള്ള ഒരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പുകാരന് അവരിലേക്കു വന്നതുകാരണം അവര് അദ്ഭുതം കൂറുകയാണ്. അങ്ങനെ സത്യനിഷേധികള് പറഞ്ഞു: ''ഇതു വളരെ വിസ്മയകരമായ കാര്യം തന്നെ. (ഖാഫ് [50] : 2)
