وَهُوَ الَّذِيْ يُرْسِلُ الرِّيٰحَ بُشْرًاۢ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهٖۗ حَتّٰٓى اِذَآ اَقَلَّتْ سَحَابًا ثِقَالًا سُقْنٰهُ لِبَلَدٍ مَّيِّتٍ فَاَنْزَلْنَا بِهِ الْمَاۤءَ فَاَخْرَجْنَا بِهٖ مِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرٰتِۗ كَذٰلِكَ نُخْرِجُ الْمَوْتٰى لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُوْنَ ( الأعراف: ٥٧ )
Wa Huwal lazee yursilur riyaaha bushram baina yadai rahmatihee hattaaa izaaa aqallat sahaaban siqaalan suqnaahu libaladim maiyitin fa annzalnaa bihil maaa'a fa akhrajnaa bihee minn kullis samaraat; kazaalika nukhrijul mawtaa la'allakum tazakkaroon (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:57)
English Sahih:
And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy [i.e., rainfall] until, when they have carried heavy rainclouds, We drive them to a dead land and We send down rain therein and bring forth thereby [some] of all the fruits. Thus will We bring forth the dead; perhaps you may be reminded. (Al-A'raf [7] : 57)

തന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹത്തിന്റെ മുന്നോടിയായി സുവാര്ത്ത അറിയിക്കുന്ന കാറ്റുകളയക്കുന്നതും അവന് തന്നെ. അങ്ങനെ കാറ്റ് കനത്ത കാര്മേഘത്തെ വഹിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാല് നാം ആ കാറ്റിനെ ഉണര്വറ്റുകിടക്കുന്ന ഏതെങ്കിലും നാട്ടിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്നു. അങ്ങനെ അതുവഴി നാം അവിടെ മഴ പെയ്യിക്കുന്നു. അതിലൂടെ എല്ലായിനം പഴങ്ങളും ഉല്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. അവ്വിധം നാം മരിച്ചവരെ ഉയിര്ത്തെഴുന്നേല്പിക്കും. നിങ്ങള് കാര്യബോധമുള്ളവരായേക്കാം. (അല്അഅ്റാഫ് [7] : 57)

അവനത്രെ തന്റെ അനുഗ്രഹത്തിന്ന് (മഴയ്ക്കു) മുമ്പായി സന്തോഷവാര്ത്ത അറിയിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് കാറ്റുകളെ അയക്കുന്നവന്. അങ്ങനെ അവ (കാറ്റുകള്) ഭാരിച്ച മേഘത്തെ വഹിച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞാല് നിര്ജീവമായ വല്ല നാട്ടിലേക്കും നാം അതിനെ നയിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് പോകുകയും, എന്നിട്ടവിടെ നാം അതു മുഖേന വെള്ളം ചൊരിയുകയും, അത് മൂലം എല്ലാതരം കായ്കനികളും നാം പുറത്ത് കൊണ്ടുവരികയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. അത് പോലെ നാം മരണപ്പെട്ടവരെ പുറത്ത് കൊണ്ട് വരുന്നതാണ്. നിങ്ങള് ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നവരായേക്കാം.
