اَوَاَمِنَ اَهْلُ الْقُرٰٓى اَنْ يَّأْتِيَهُمْ بَأْسُنَا ضُحًى وَّهُمْ يَلْعَبُوْنَ ( الأعراف: ٩٨ )

أَوَأَمِنَ
Or felt secure
സമാധാനപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തുവോ (ചെയ്യുകയാണോ)
ahlu l-qurā
أَهْلُ ٱلْقُرَىٰٓ
(the) people (of) the cities
രാജ്യക്കാര്
an yatiyahum
أَن يَأْتِيَهُم
that comes to them
അവര്ക്കു വരുന്നതിനെ
basunā
بَأْسُنَا
Our punishment
നമ്മുടെ ശിക്ഷ
ḍuḥan
ضُحًى
(in) daylight
പൂര്വ്വാഹ്നത്തില്, ഇളയുച്ചക്കു
wahum
وَهُمْ
while they
അവരായിരിക്കെ
yalʿabūna
يَلْعَبُونَ
(were) playing?
അവര് കളിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും.
Awa amina ahlul quraaa ai yaatiyahum baasunaa duhanw wa hum yal'aboon (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:98)
English Sahih:
Or did the people of the cities feel secure from Our punishment coming to them in the morning while they were at play? (Al-A'raf [7] : 98)

അല്ലെങ്കില്, അവിടത്തെയാളുകള് പകല്വേളയില് വിനോദ വൃത്തികളിലായിരിക്കെ, നമ്മുടെ ശിക്ഷ വന്നെത്തുന്നതിനെപ്പറ്റി നിര്ഭയരായിരിക്കയാണോ? (അല്അഅ്റാഫ് [7] : 98)
