وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ اَكْثَرُ الْاَوَّلِيْنَۙ ( الصافات: ٧١ )

Wa laqad dalla qablahum aksarul awwaleen (aṣ-Ṣāffāt 37:71)
English Sahih:
And there had already strayed before them most of the former peoples, (As-Saffat [37] : 71)
