حَتّٰىٓ اِذَا جَاۤءَنَا قَالَ يٰلَيْتَ بَيْنِيْ وَبَيْنَكَ بُعْدَ الْمَشْرِقَيْنِ فَبِئْسَ الْقَرِيْنُ ( الزخرف: ٣٨ )
ḥattā
حَتَّىٰٓ
Until
Deri
idhā
إِذَا
when
kur
jāanā
جَآءَنَا
he comes to Us
ai vjen tek ne
qāla
قَالَ
he says
thotë
yālayta
يَٰلَيْتَ
"O would that
"Ah sikur (të ishte)
baynī
بَيْنِى
between me
mes meje
wabaynaka
وَبَيْنَكَ
and between you
dhe mes teje
buʿ'da
بُعْدَ
(were the) distance
largësia
l-mashriqayni
ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ
(of) the East and the West"
e lindjes dhe perëndimit
fabi'sa
فَبِئْسَ
How wretched is
po sa i keq (je)
l-qarīnu
ٱلْقَرِينُ
the companion!
përcjellës!"
Hattaaa izaa jaaa'anaa qaala yaa laita bainee wa bainaka bu'dal mashriqaini fabi'sal qareen (az-Zukhruf 43:38)
English Sahih:
Until, when he comes to Us [at Judgement], he says [to his companion], "How I wish there was between me and you the distance between the east and west; and what a wretched companion." (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 38)
Sherif Ahmeti:
E kur të vijë ai (jobesimtari) para Nesh, do të thotë: “Ah, të kishim qenë larg mes vete sa lindja me perëndimin; sa shok i keq je ti!” (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 38)
