فَلَوْلَا نَصَرَهُمُ الَّذِيْنَ اتَّخَذُوْا مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ قُرْبَانًا اٰلِهَةً ۗبَلْ ضَلُّوْا عَنْهُمْۚ وَذٰلِكَ اِفْكُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوْا يَفْتَرُوْنَ ( الأحقاف: ٢٨ )
Falaw laa nasarahumul lazeenat takhazoo min doonil laahi qurbaanan aalihatam bal dalloo 'anhum' wa zaalika ifkuhum wa maa kaanoo yaftaroon (al-ʾAḥq̈āf 46:28)
English Sahih:
Then why did those they took besides Allah as deities by which to approach [Him] not aid them? But they had strayed [i.e., departed] from them. And that was their falsehood and what they were inventing. (Al-Ahqaf [46] : 28)
Sherif Ahmeti:
Përse atyre nuk u ndihmuan zotat, të cilët i adhuruan pos All-llahut, në shenjë të afrimit me ta (te All-llahu)? Por, ata humbën prej syve të tyre. Ajo ishte gënjeshtër e tyre dhe ajo që trillonin ata vetë (Al-Ahqaf [46] : 28)
