قُلْ اِنِّيْ نُهِيْتُ اَنْ اَعْبُدَ الَّذِيْنَ تَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ ۗ قُلْ لَّآ اَتَّبِعُ اَهْوَاۤءَكُمْۙ قَدْ ضَلَلْتُ اِذًا وَّمَآ اَنَا۠ مِنَ الْمُهْتَدِيْنَ ( الأنعام: ٥٦ )
Qul innee nuheetu an a'budal lazeena tad'oona min doonil laah; qul laaa attabi'u ahwaaa'akum qad dalaltu izanw wa maaa ana minal muhtadeen (al-ʾAnʿām 6:56)
English Sahih:
Say, "Indeed, I have been forbidden to worship those you invoke besides Allah." Say, "I will not follow your desires, for I would then have gone astray, and I would not be of the [rightly] guided." (Al-An'am [6] : 56)
Sherif Ahmeti:
Thuaj: “Unë jam i ndaluar të adhuroj ata që adhuroni ju, pos All-llahut! thuaj: “Unë nuk njeki dëshirat tuaja, pse do të ishte atëherë do te isha i humbur e jo prej të udhëzuarve (në rrugë të drejtë) (Al-An'am [6] : 56)
