اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ وَجَعَلَ الظُّلُمٰتِ وَالنُّوْرَ ەۗ ثُمَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا بِرَبِّهِمْ يَعْدِلُوْنَ ( الأنعام: ١ )
(All) the praises and thanks
ٱلْحَمْدُ
எல்லாப் புகழும்
(be) to Allah
لِلَّهِ
அல்லாஹ்வுக்குரியதே
the One Who
ٱلَّذِى
எவன்
created
خَلَقَ
படைத்தான்
the heavens
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
வானங்களை
and the earth
وَٱلْأَرْضَ
இன்னும் பூமியை
and made
وَجَعَلَ
இன்னும் உண்டாக்கினான்
the darkness[es]
ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ
இருள்களை
and the light
وَٱلنُّورَۖ
இன்னும் ஒளியை
Then
ثُمَّ
பிறகு
those who
ٱلَّذِينَ
எவர்கள்
disbelieved
كَفَرُوا۟
நிராகரித்தார்கள்
in their Lord
بِرَبِّهِمْ
தங்கள் இறைவனுக்கு
equate others with Him
يَعْدِلُونَ
சமமாக்குகின்றனர்
Alhamdu lillaahil lazee khalaqas samaawaati wal arda wa ja'alaz zulumaati wannoor; summal lazeena kafaroo bi Rabbihim ya'diloon (al-ʾAnʿām 6:1)
Abdul Hameed Baqavi:
எல்லாப் புகழும் அல்லாஹ்வுக்குரியதே! அவனே வானங்களையும், பூமியையும் படைத்தான். மேலும் இருள்களையும், ஒளியையும் உண்டாக்கினான். இவ்வாறிருந்தும் நிராகரிப்பவர்கள் (அல்லாஹ்வாகிய) தங்கள் இறைவனுக்கு (பொய்யான தெய்வங்களை) சமமாக்குகின்றனர்.
English Sahih:
[All] praise is [due] to Allah, who created the heavens and the earth and made the darkness and the light. Then those who disbelieve equate [others] with their Lord. ([6] Al-An'am : 1)
