وَنَادٰٓى اَصْحٰبُ النَّارِ اَصْحٰبَ الْجَنَّةِ اَنْ اَفِيْضُوْا عَلَيْنَا مِنَ الْمَاۤءِ اَوْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّٰهُ ۗقَالُوْٓا اِنَّ اللّٰهَ حَرَّمَهُمَا عَلَى الْكٰفِرِيْنَۙ ( الأعراف: ٥٠ )
Wa naadaaa Ashaabun Naari Ashaabal jannati an afeedoo 'alainaa minal maaa'i aw mimma razaqakumul laah; qaaloo innal laaha harrama humaa 'alal kaafireen (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:50)
Abdul Hameed Baqavi:
நரகவாசிகள் சுவர்க்கவாசிகளை நோக்கி "எங்கள் மீது சிறிது நீரைக் கொட்டுங்கள். அல்லது இறைவன் உங்களுக்கு (புசிக்க) அளித்திருப்பவற்றில் (ஒரு சிறிதேனும்) எங்களுக்குத் தாருங்கள்" என்று (கெஞ்சிக்) கேட்பார்கள். அதற்கு அவர்கள் "நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் நிராகரிப்பவர்களுக்கு இவ்விரண்டையும் விலக்கி விட்டான்" என்று பதிலளிப்பார்கள்.
English Sahih:
And the companions of the Fire will call to the companions of Paradise, "Pour upon us some water or from whatever Allah has provided you." They will say, "Indeed, Allah has forbidden them both to the disbelievers ([7] Al-A'raf : 50)

நரகவாசிகள், சுவர்க்கவாசிகளை அழைத்து, “தண்ணீரில் கொஞ்சமேனும் அல்லது அல்லாஹ் உங்களுக்கு அளித்துள்ள உணவில் சிறிதேனும் எங்களுக்குக் கொடுங்கள்” எனக் கேட்பார்கள்; அதற்கு அவர்கள்| “நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் இவ்விரண்டையும் காஃபிர்கள் மீது தடுத்து (ஹராம் ஆக்கி) விட்டான்” என்று கூறுவார்கள்.
