وَقَالُوْا رَبَّنَا عَجِّلْ لَّنَا قِطَّنَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْحِسَابِ ( ص: ١٦ )
And they say
وَقَالُوا۟
ve dediler ki
"Our Lord!
رَبَّنَا
Rabbimiz
Hasten
عَجِّل
hemen ver
for us
لَّنَا
bize
our share
قِطَّنَا
bizim (azab) payımızı
before
قَبْلَ
önce
(the) Day
يَوْمِ
gününden
(of) the Account"
ٱلْحِسَابِ
hesap
veḳâlû rabbenâ `accil lenâ ḳiṭṭanâ ḳable yevmi-lḥisâb. (Ṣād 38:16)
Diyanet Isleri:
Onlar ise "Rabbimiz! Bizim payımızı hesap gününden önce ver" derler.
English Sahih:
And they say, "Our Lord, hasten for us our share [of the punishment] before the Day of Account." ([38] Sad : 16)
