وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيْهَآ اَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ وَالْاَنْفَ بِالْاَنْفِ وَالْاُذُنَ بِالْاُذُنِ وَالسِّنَّ بِالسِّنِّۙ وَالْجُرُوْحَ قِصَاصٌۗ فَمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهٖ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَّهٗ ۗوَمَنْ لَّمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَآ اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ  ( المائدة: ٤٥ )

And We ordained

and the ear

بِٱلْأُذُنِ
for the ear
耳|在
wal-sina
وَٱلسِّنَّ
and the tooth
牙|和
bil-sini
بِٱلسِّنِّ
for the tooth
牙|在
wal-jurūḥa
وَٱلْجُرُوحَ
and (for) wounds
众创伤|和
qiṣāṣun
قِصَاصٌۚ
(is) retribution
抵偿
faman
فَمَن
But whoever

تَصَدَّقَ
gives charity

بِهِۦ
with it

then it is

kaffāratun
كَفَّارَةٌ

فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
then those
这等人|因此
humu
هُمُ
[they]

l-ẓālimūna
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
(are) the wrongdoers
众不义者

Wa katabnaa 'alaihim feehaaa annan nafsa binnafsi wal'aina bil'aini wal anfa bilanfi wal uzuna bil uzuni wassinna bissinni waljurooha qisaas; faman tasaddaqa bihee fahuwa kaffaaratul lah; wa mal lam yahkum bimaaa anzalal laahu fa ulaaa'ika humuz zalimoon (al-Māʾidah 5:45)

English Sahih:

And We ordained for them therein a life for a life, an eye for an eye, a nose for a nose, an ear for an ear, a tooth for a tooth, and for wounds is legal retribution. But whoever gives [up his right as] charity, it is an expiation for him. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the wrongdoers [i.e., the unjust]. (Al-Ma'idah [5] : 45)

Ma Jian (Simplified):

我在《讨拉特》中对他们制定以命偿命,以眼偿眼,以鼻偿鼻,以耳偿耳,以牙偿牙;一切创伤,都要抵偿。自愿不究的人,得以抵偿权自赎其罪愆。凡不依安拉所降示的经典而判决的人,都是不义的。 (筵席 [5] : 45)

1 Mokhtasar Chinese

我在《讨拉特》里规定犹太教徒:谁故意非法的杀害他人并致其死亡,以命抵命;以眼偿眼;以鼻偿鼻;以耳偿耳;以牙还牙。为他们制定:一切创伤,都要抵偿。自愿宽恕罪犯者,他的宽恕就是对罪犯过错的饶恕,是对他的不义行为的原谅。凡不依照真主降示的刑法律例或其它律例来裁决,那他已僭越了真主的法度。
