وَقَالَتِ الْيَهُوْدُ يَدُ اللّٰهِ مَغْلُوْلَةٌ ۗغُلَّتْ اَيْدِيْهِمْ وَلُعِنُوْا بِمَا قَالُوْا ۘ بَلْ يَدٰهُ مَبْسُوْطَتٰنِۙ يُنْفِقُ كَيْفَ يَشَاۤءُۗ وَلَيَزِيْدَنَّ كَثِيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ مَّآ اُنْزِلَ اِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَّبِّكَ طُغْيَانًا وَّكُفْرًاۗ وَاَلْقَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَالْبَغْضَاۤءَ اِلٰى يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِۗ كُلَّمَآ اَوْقَدُوْا نَارًا لِّلْحَرْبِ اَطْفَاَهَا اللّٰهُ ۙوَيَسْعَوْنَ فِى الْاَرْضِ فَسَادًاۗ وَاللّٰهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِيْنَ ( المائدة: ٦٤ )

وَقَالَتِ
And said

l-yahūdu
ٱلْيَهُودُ
the Jews
犹太教徒
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
真主的
maghlūlatun
مَغْلُولَةٌۚ
(is) chained"
被拘束
ghullat
غُلَّتْ
Are chained
它被拘束
aydīhim
أَيْدِيهِمْ
their hands
他们的|众手
waluʿinū
وَلُعِنُوا۟
and they have been cursed
他们被弃绝|和
bimā
بِمَا
for what
什么|因为
qālū
قَالُواۘ
they said
他们说
yadāhu
يَدَاهُ
His Hands
他的|双手
mabsūṭatāni
مَبْسُوطَتَانِ
(are) stretched out
展开的
yunfiqu
يُنفِقُ
He spends
他费用
yashāu
يَشَآءُۚ
He wills
他意欲
walayazīdanna
وَلَيَزِيدَنَّ
And surely increase
它增加|必定|和
kathīran
كَثِيرًا
many
大多数
min'hum
مِّنْهُم
of them
它们|从
unzila
أُنزِلَ
has been revealed
它被降示
ilayka
إِلَيْكَ
to you
你|至
rabbika
رَّبِّكَ
your Lord
你的|养主
ṭugh'yānan
طُغْيَٰنًا
(in) rebellion
横暴
wakuf'ran
وَكُفْرًاۚ
and disbelief
不信|和
wa-alqaynā
وَأَلْقَيْنَا
And We have cast
我们投|和
baynahumu
بَيْنَهُمُ
among them
他们的|之间
l-ʿadāwata
ٱلْعَدَٰوَةَ
[the] enmity
仇视
wal-baghḍāa
وَٱلْبَغْضَآءَ
and [the] hatred
怨恨|和
yawmi
يَوْمِ
(the) Day
日子
l-qiyāmati
ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِۚ
(of) the Resurrection
复活的
kullamā
كُلَّمَآ
Every time
每逢
awqadū
أَوْقَدُوا۟
they kindled
他们点燃
nāran
نَارًا
(the) fire
火
lil'ḥarbi
لِّلْحَرْبِ
of [the] war
战争|为
aṭfa-ahā
أَطْفَأَهَا
it (was) extinguished
它|他扑灭
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُۚ
(by) Allah
真主
wayasʿawna
وَيَسْعَوْنَ
And they strive
他们肆意|和
l-arḍi
ٱلْأَرْضِ
the earth
大地
fasādan
فَسَادًاۚ
spreading corruption
作恶
wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
真主|和
l-muf'sidīna
ٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ
the corrupters
众作恶者
Wa qaalatil Yahoodu Yadullaahi maghloolah; ghulla aideehim wa lu'inoo bimaa qaaloo; bal yadaahu mabsoo tataani yunfiqu kaifa yashaaa'; wa la yazeedanna kaseeramm minhum maaa unzila ilaika mir Rabbika tughyaananw wa kufraa; wa alqainaa bainahumul 'adaawata wal baghdaaa a' ilaa Yawmil Qiyaamah; kullamaaa awqadoo naaral lilharbi at fa-ahal laah; wa yas'awna fil ardi fasaadaa; wal laahu laa yuhibbul mufsideen (al-Māʾidah 5:64 )
English Sahih: And the Jews say, "The hand of Allah is chained." Chained are their hands, and cursed are they for what they say. Rather, both His hands are extended; He spends however He wills. And that which has been revealed to you from your Lord will surely increase many of them in transgression and disbelief. And We have cast among them animosity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war [against you], Allah extinguished it. And they strive throughout the land [causing] corruption, and Allah does not like corrupters. (Al-Ma'idah [5] : 64 )
Ma Jian (Simplified):
犹太教徒说：“安拉的手是被拘束的。”但愿他们的手被拘束，但愿他们因为自己所说的恶言而被弃绝！其实，他的两只手是展开的；他要怎样费用，就怎样费用。从你的主降示你的经典，必定要使他们多数的人更加横暴，更加不信道。我将仇视和怨恨，投在他们之间，直到复活日。每逢他们点燃战火的时候，安拉就扑灭它。他们在地方上肆意作恶。安拉不喜爱作恶的人。 (筵席 [5] : 64 )

1 Mokhtasar Chinese当犹太教徒遭遇困境和饥荒时，他们说：“真主的手从给予和博施上被束缚了。祂限制恩赐我们。”其实是他们的双手从行善和给予上被束缚，他们的此言促使他们遭受真主慈恩的弃绝。事实上，伟大的真主的双手是展开的，是给予和博施的，祂愿意怎样花费，就怎样花费，祂愿展开就展开，愿束缚就束缚，任何人无法限制和强迫祂。使者啊！犹太教徒对降示给你的经典势必会更加不信，更加阻挠，这皆源于嫉妒。我将敌视和怨恨投入他们心中，每当他们集结备战或点燃战火之时，真主就使他们分裂并削弱其力量。他们一直肆意地在大地上作恶，企图消灭和破坏伊斯兰，真主不喜爱作恶之人。
