فَاَمَّا مَنْ اَعْطٰى وَاتَّقٰىۙ ( الليل: ٥ )

Then as for
至于|然后

(him) who

أَعْطَىٰ
gives
他给
wa-ittaqā
وَٱتَّقَىٰ
and fears
他敬畏|和
Fa ammaa man a'taa wattaqaa (al-Layl 92:5)
English Sahih:
As for he who gives and fears Allah . (Al-Layl [92] : 5)
Ma Jian (Simplified):
至于赈济贫民，敬畏安拉， (黑夜 [92] : 5)
