fa-ammā
فَأَمَّا
Then as for
man
مَنْ
(him) who
aʿṭā
أَعْطَىٰ
gives
wa-ittaqā
وَٱتَّقَىٰ
and fears,

Fa ammaa man a'taa wattaqaa

Sahih International:

As for he who gives and fears Allah
