يٰٓاَهْلَ الْكِتٰبِ لِمَ تُحَاۤجُّوْنَ فِيْٓ اِبْرٰهِيْمَ وَمَآ اُنْزِلَتِ التَّوْرٰىةُ وَالْاِنْجِيْلُ اِلَّا مِنْۢ بَعْدِهٖۗ اَفَلَا تَعْقِلُوْنَ ( آل عمران: ٦٥ )
O People
يَٰٓأَهْلَ
O Leute
(of) the Book!
ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
der Schrift,
Why
لِمَ
wieso
(do) you argue
تُحَآجُّونَ
argumentiert ihr
concerning
فِىٓ
über
Ibrahim
إِبْرَٰهِيمَ
Ibrahim
while not
وَمَآ
während nicht
was revealed
أُنزِلَتِ
herabgesandt wurde
the Taurat
ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةُ
die Tora
and the Injeel
وَٱلْإِنجِيلُ
und das Evangelium,
except
إِلَّا
außer
from?
مِنۢ
von
after him?
بَعْدِهِۦٓۚ
nach ihm?
Then why don't
أَفَلَا
Tut ihr den nicht
you use your intellect?
تَعْقِلُونَ
begreifen?
Yā 'Ahla Al-Kitābi Lima Tuĥājjūna Fī 'Ibrāhīma Wa Mā 'Unzilat At-Tawrāatu Wa Al-'Injīlu 'Illā Min Ba`dihi 'Afalā Ta`qilūna. (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:65)

English Sahih:
O People of the Scripture, why do you argue about Abraham while the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until after him? Then will you not reason? ([3] Ali 'Imran : 65)
