وَقَالُوْا لَوْلَا نُزِّلَ هٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنُ عَلٰى رَجُلٍ مِّنَ الْقَرْيَتَيْنِ عَظِيْمٍ ( الزخرف: ٣١ )
And they say
وَقَالُوا۟
Und sie sagen;
"Why not
لَوْلَا
"Wäre doch
was sent down
نُزِّلَ
offenbart worden
this
هَٰذَا
dieser
the Quran
ٱلْقُرْءَانُ
Qur'an
to
عَلَىٰ
zu
a man
رَجُلٍ
einem Mann
from
مِّنَ
aus
the two towns
ٱلْقَرْيَتَيْنِ
den beiden Städten!"
great?"
عَظِيمٍ
bedeutenden
Wa Qālū Lawlā Nuzzila Hādhā Al-Qur'ānu `Alaá Rajulin Mina Al-Qaryatayni `Ažīmin. (az-Zukhruf 43:31)

Und sie sagen; "Wäre doch dieser Qur'an einem bedeutenden Mann aus den beiden Städten offenbart worden!" ([43] az-Zuhruf (Die Zierde) : 31)
English Sahih:
And they said, "Why was this Quran not sent down upon a great man from [one of] the two cities?" ([43] Az-Zukhruf : 31)
