And indeed,

surely will pay them in full
rabbuka
رَبُّكَ
your Lord
aʿmālahum
أَعْمَٰلَهُمْۚ
their deeds.
innahu
إِنَّهُۥ
Indeed, He
bimā
بِمَا
of what
yaʿmalūna
يَعْمَلُونَ
they do
khabīrun
خَبِيرٌ
(is) All-Aware.

Wa inna kullal lammaa la yuwaffiyannahum Rabbuka a'maalahum; innahoo bimaa ya'maloona Khabeer

Sahih International:

And indeed, each [of the believers and disbelievers] - your Lord will fully compensate them for their deeds. Indeed, He is Acquainted with what they do.

Surely each one of them -- thy Lord will pay them in full for their works; He is aware of the things they do.

Your Lord will give everyone full due for whatever they have done: He is aware of everything they do.

Your Lord will indeed recompense everyone fully for their works. Indeed, He is well aware of what they do.

And surely for each of them – your Lord will certainly pay them in full for their deeds. He is indeed fully aware of all that they do.

Your Lord will certainly repay them all in full (the reward of) their deeds (when they will be presented before Him); for He is Well-Aware of all what they do.

And that your Lord then, will fulfill/complete for them (E) each/every (one`s) deeds, that He (is) with what they make/do an expert/experienced.

And indeed to each and every one, your Lord will fully repay his deeds; He is Informed of their deeds.

When We gave Moses the Book before, they disagreed (or disputed) concerning it. Had it not been for a Word that had already gone forth from your Lord, the matter would have been decided between them; but, verily, they are still in hesitating doubt concerning it.

Your Lord will repay each one of them in full for their deeds. He is Aware of everything they do.

23 Tafsir jalalayn

And assuredly (read wa-in or wa-inna) to each, that is, to all creatures, verily (la-m; the m is extra and the lm is in the place of an implied oath or a separator; a variant reading has lamm, with the sense of ill, `but', making the [preceding] in for negation), your Lord will pay for his works, that is, the requital thereof, in full. Truly He is Aware of what they do, knowing the inner and outer aspects thereof.

24 Tafseer Ibn Kathir

And verily, to each of them your Lord will repay their works in full. Surely, He is All-Aware of what they do.

This means that He is All-Knower of all of their deeds. This includes their honorable deeds and their despicable deeds, their small deeds and their great deeds. There are many different modes of recitation for this verse, yet all of their meanings agree with what we have mentioned.

This is similar to Allah's statement,

وَإِن كُلٌّ لَّمَّا جَمِيعٌ لَّدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُونَ

And surely, all - everyone of them will be brought before Us. (36;32)
