وَاِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةِ اِنِّيْ خَالِقٌۢ بَشَرًا مِّنْ صَلْصَالٍ مِّنْ حَمَاٍ مَّسْنُوْنٍۚ   ( الحجر: ٢٨ )

wa-idh
وَإِذْ
And when
qāla
قَالَ
your Lord said
rabbuka
رَبُّكَ
your Lord said
lil'malāikati
لِلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ
to the Angels
innī
إِنِّى
"Indeed, I
khāliqun
خَٰلِقٌۢ
(will) create
basharan
بَشَرًا
a human being
min
مِّن
(out) of
ṣalṣālin
صَلْصَٰلٍ
clay
min
مِّنْ
from
ḥama-in
حَمَإٍ
black mud
masnūnin
مَّسْنُونٍ
altered

Wa iz qaala Rabbuka lilmalaaa' ikati innee khaaliqum basharam min salsaalim min hama im masnoon (al-Ḥijr 15:28)

Sahih International:

And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "I will create a human being out of clay from an altered black mud. (Al-Hijr [15] : 28)

Recall when your Lord said to the angels, “I am going to create a human being from a ringing clay made of decayed mud.
