بَدِيْعُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۗ وَاِذَا قَضٰٓى اَمْرًا فَاِنَّمَا يَقُوْلُ لَهٗ كُنْ فَيَكُوْنُ  ( البقرة: ١١٧ )

بَدِيعُ
(The) Originator
l-samāwāti
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
(of) the heavens
wal-arḍi
وَٱلْأَرْضِۖ
and the earth!
wa-idhā
وَإِذَا
And when
qaḍā
قَضَىٰٓ
He decrees
amran
أَمْرًا
a matter
fa-innamā
فَإِنَّمَا
[so] only
yaqūlu
يَقُولُ
He says
lahu
لَهُۥ
to it
kun
كُن
"Be"
fayakūnu
فَيَكُونُ
and it becomes

Badree'us samaawaati wal ardi wa izaa qadaaa amran fa innamaa yaqoolu lahoo kun fayakoon (al-Baq̈arah 2:117)

Sahih International:

Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, "Be," and it is. (Al-Baqarah [2] : 117)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

(He is the) Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decides a matter, He simply says to it: “Be”, and it comes to be.
