اِلَّا الَّذِيْنَ تَابُوْا وَاَصْلَحُوْا وَبَيَّنُوْا فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ اَتُوْبُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَاَنَا التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ   ( البقرة: ١٦٠ )

illā
إِلَّا
Except
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those
tābū
تَابُوا۟
who repent[ed]
wa-aṣlaḥū
وَأَصْلَحُوا۟
and reform[ed]
wabayyanū
وَبَيَّنُوا۟
and openly declar[ed]
fa-ulāika
فَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
Then those
atūbu
أَتُوبُ
I will accept repentance
ʿalayhim
عَلَيْهِمْۚ
from them
wa-anā
وَأَنَا
and I (am)
l-tawābu
ٱلتَّوَّابُ
the Acceptor of Repentance
l-raḥīmu
ٱلرَّحِيمُ
the Most Merciful

Illal lazeena taaboo wa aslahoo wa baiyanoo fa ulaaa'ika atoobu 'alaihim; wa Anat Tawwaabur Raheem (al-Baq̈arah 2:160)

Sahih International:

Except for those who repent and correct themselves and make evident [what they concealed]. Those – I will accept their repentance, and I am the Accepting of Repentance, the Merciful. (Al-Baqarah [2] : 160)

Yet, those who repent and correct and declare (what they used to conceal), their repentance is accepted by Me. I am the Most-Relenting, the Most-Merciful.
