wa-innahum
وَإِنَّهُمْ
And indeed, they
lanā
لَنَا
[to] us
laghāiẓūna
لَغَآئِظُونَ
(are) surely enraging,

Wa innahum lanaa laghaaa'izoon

Sahih International:

And indeed, they are enraging us,
