Ali 'Imran Verse 141

and distinguish the ˹true˺ believers and destroy the disbelievers.

And so that He may purify the believers and annihilate the disbelievers.

and that God may prove the believers, and blot out the unbelievers.

for Him to cleanse those who believe and for Him to destroy the disbelievers.

And that Allah may purge those who believe and destroy the infidels.

Allah's object also is to purge those that are true in Faith and to deprive of blessing Those that resist Faith.

and makes men go through trials in order that He might purge the believers and blot out those who deny the Truth.

This is so that God may try the faithful and destroy the unbelievers.

And so that Allah may purify* the believers, and destroy the disbelievers. (* Forgive them their sins, if any.)

And so that Allah may purge [the hearts of] those who have faith and that He may wipe out the faithless.

And that He may purify the believers (individually, of all base metal, and collectively, of the hypocrites among them) and gradually blot out the unbelievers.

And (it is) so that Allâh may purge all the impurities of those who (truly) believe and so that He may wipe off the disbelievers gradually.

And (for) God to purify/clarify/cleanse those who believed, and to annihilate/wipe off the disbelievers.

And so that Allah may purify * the believers, and destroy the disbelievers. (* Forgive them their sins, if any.)

Did you think that you can enter Paradise without Allah testing those of you who fight (or strive) hard, and remain steadfast?

And that Allah may test (or purify) the believers (from sins) and destroy the disbelievers.

If a wound has afflicted you, a wound like it has also afflicted the (disbelieving) people. And We bring these days to men by turns, that Allah may know those who believe and take witnesses from among you. And Allah loves not the wrongdoers,

And that He may purge those who believe and deprive the unbelievers of blessings.

And that Allah may prove those who believe, and may blight the disbelievers.

test the faith of the believers, and deprive the unbelievers of (His) blessings.

and so that Allah will examine those who believe and efface the unbelievers.

And that Allah may test those who believe and destroy the disbelievers..

so that God may purge those who believe and wipe out those who deny the truth.

So that God may prove those who believe, and eliminate the disbelievers.

And that God may prove the believers, purifying them of sins through what befalls them, and efface, that is, destroy, the disbelievers.

وَلِيُمَحِّصَ اللّهُ الَّذِينَ امَنُواْ

And Allah likes not the wrongdoers. And that Allah may test those who believe,

by forgiving them their sins if they have any. Otherwise, Allah will raise their grades according to the losses they suffered.

Allah's statement,

وَيَمْحَقَ الْكَافِرِينَ



and destroy the disbelievers.

for it is their conduct that if they gain the upper hand, they transgress and commit aggression. However, this conduct only leads to ultimate destruction, extermination, perishing and dying out.

Allah then said,

أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تَدْخُلُواْ الْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَعْلَمِ اللّهُ الَّذِينَ جَاهَدُواْ مِنكُمْ وَيَعْلَمَ الصَّابِرِينَ
