تِلْكَ حُدُوْدُ اللّٰهِ ۗ وَمَنْ يُّطِعِ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُوْلَهٗ يُدْخِلْهُ جَنّٰتٍ تَجْرِيْ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْاَنْهٰرُ خٰلِدِيْنَ فِيْهَا ۗ وَذٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيْمُ   ( النساء: ١٣ )

til'ka
تِلْكَ
These
ḥudūdu
حُدُودُ
(are the) limits
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِۚ
(of) Allah
waman
وَمَن
and whoever
yuṭiʿi
يُطِعِ
obeys
l-laha
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
warasūlahu
وَرَسُولَهُۥ
and His Messenger
yud'khil'hu
يُدْخِلْهُ
He will admit him
jannātin
جَنَّٰتٍ
(to) Gardens
tajrī
تَجْرِى
flows
min
مِن
from
taḥtihā
تَحْتِهَا
underneath them
l-anhāru
ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ
the rivers -
khālidīna
خَٰلِدِينَ
(will) abide forever
fīhā
فِيهَاۚ
in it
wadhālika
وَذَٰلِكَ
And that
l-fawzu
ٱلْفَوْزُ
(is) the success
l-ʿaẓīmu
ٱلْعَظِيمُ
[the] great

Tilka hudoodul laah; wa mai yuti'il laaha wa Rasoolahoo yudkhilhu Jannaatin tajree min tahtihal anhaaru khaalideena feehaa; wa zaalikal fawzul 'azeem (an-Nisāʾ 4:13)

Sahih International:

These are the limits [set by] Allah, and whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger will be admitted by Him to gardens [in Paradise] under which rivers flow, abiding eternally therein; and that is the great attainment. (An-Nisa [4] : 13)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

These are the limits set by Allah. Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger, He will admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow, where he will live forever. That is a great success.
