وَالَّذِيْ نَزَّلَ مِنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مَاۤءًۢ بِقَدَرٍۚ فَاَنْشَرْنَا بِهٖ بَلْدَةً مَّيْتًا ۚ كَذٰلِكَ تُخْرَجُوْنَ   ( الزخرف: ١١ )

wa-alladhī
وَٱلَّذِى
And the One Who
nazzala
نَزَّلَ
sends down
mina
مِنَ
from
l-samāi
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
the sky
māan
مَآءًۢ
water
biqadarin
بِقَدَرٍ
in (due) measure
fa-ansharnā
فَأَنشَرْنَا
then We revive
bihi
بِهِۦ
with it
baldatan
بَلْدَةً
a land
maytan
مَّيْتًاۚ
dead
kadhālika
كَذَٰلِكَ
thus
tukh'rajūna
تُخْرَجُونَ
you will be brought forth

Wallazee nazzala minas samaaa'i maaa'am biqadarin fa anshamaa bihee baldatam maitaa' kazaalika tukhrajoon (az-Zukhruf 43:11)

Sahih International:

And who sends down rain from the sky in measured amounts, and We revive thereby a dead land – thus will you be brought forth – (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 11)

and the One who has sent down water from the sky in due measure. Then We have revived with it a dead town. In the same way, you will be brought forth (alive from the graves),
