وَنَادٰى فِرْعَوْنُ فِيْ قَوْمِهٖ قَالَ يٰقَوْمِ اَلَيْسَ لِيْ مُلْكُ مِصْرَ وَهٰذِهِ الْاَنْهٰرُ تَجْرِيْ مِنْ تَحْتِيْۚ اَفَلَا تُبْصِرُوْنَۗ   ( الزخرف: ٥١ )

wanādā
وَنَادَىٰ
And called out
fir'ʿawnu
فِرْعَوْنُ
Firaun
فِى
among
qawmihi
قَوْمِهِۦ
his people
qāla
قَالَ
he said
yāqawmi
يَٰقَوْمِ
"O my people!
alaysa
أَلَيْسَ
Is not
لِى
for me
mul'ku
مُلْكُ
(the) kingdom
miṣ'ra
مِصْرَ
(of) Egypt
wahādhihi
وَهَٰذِهِ
and these
l-anhāru
ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ
[the] rivers
tajrī
تَجْرِى
flowing
min
مِن
underneath me?
taḥtī
تَحْتِىٓۖ
underneath me?
afalā
أَفَلَا
Then do not
tub'ṣirūna
تُبْصِرُونَ
you see?

Wa naadaa Fir'awnu fee qawmihee qaala yaa qawmi alaisa lee mulku Misra wa haazihil anhaaru tajree min tahtee afalaa tubsiroon (az-Zukhruf 43:51)

Sahih International:

And Pharaoh called out among his people; he said, "O my people, does not the kingdom of Egypt belong to me, and these rivers flowing beneath me; then do you not see? (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 51)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

And Fir’aun (Pharaoh) proclaimed among his people, saying, “Does not the kingdom of Egypt belong to me, and these rivers are flowing right underneath me? Do you, then, not discern?
