Al-Ma'idah Verse 62

You see many of them racing towards sin, transgression, and consumption of forbidden gain. Evil indeed are their actions!

You see many of them rushing into sin and transgression, and consuming unlawful earnings. Terrible indeed is what they do!

Thou seest many of them vying in sin and enmity, and how they consume the unlawful; evil is the thing they have been doing.

You [Prophet] see many of them rushing into sin and hostility and consuming what is unlawful. How evil their practices are!

And thou shalt see many of them hastening toward sin and transgression and their devouring of the forbidden. Vile indeed is that which they have been doing!

Many of them dost thou see, racing each other in sin and rancour, and their eating of things forbidden. Evil indeed are the things that they do.

You will see many of them hastening towards sin and transgression and devouring unlawful earnings. Indeed what they do is evil.

You will see among them many who rush into sin and wickedness, and devour unlawful gain. How evil are the things they do!

And you will see many of them rushing towards sin and oppression, and to devour the forbidden; undoubtedly what they do is extremely evil.

You see many of them actively engaged in sin and aggression, and consuming illicit gains. Surely, evil is what they have been doing.

You see many among them rushing as if competing in sinful, iniquitous acts, and enmity, and consuming unlawful earnings. How evil indeed is what they have been doing!

And you will find many of them vying one with another in committing sin and transgression and being too much given to eat things forbidden. How evil is that which they practise!

And you see many from them, quickening/rushing in the sin/crime, and the transgression/aggression ,and their eating the forbidden/possessions acquired through cheatery , how bad (E) (is) what they were73making/doing?

And you will see many of them rushing towards sin and oppression, and to devour the forbidden; undoubtedly what they do is extremely evil.

Why do not their rabbis and their doctors forbid them from speaking sin and eating unlawful things - verily, evil is what they have performed.

And you see many of them (Jews) hurrying for sin and transgression, and eating illegal things [as bribes and Riba (usury), etc.]. Evil indeed is that which they have been doing.

And when they come to you, they say, We believe, and surely they come in unbelief and they go forth in it. And Allah knows best what they conceal.

And you will see many of them striving with one another to hasten in sin and exceeding the limits, and their eating of what is unlawfully acquired; certainly evil is that which they do.

And thou seest many of them vying one with another in sin and transgression and their devouring of illicit gain. Verily evil is what they do.

You can see many of them competing with each other in sin, hostility, and in taking usury. What they had been doing is certainly evil.

You see many of them race with one another in sin and transgression and devour the unlawful. Evil is what they do.

And you see many of them hurrying for sin and transgression, and eating illegal things. Evil indeed is that which they have been doing.

You see many among them vie with one another in sin and transgression and practice what is unlawful. It is vile indeed what they have been doing!

You see many of them competing with one another in sin and hostility, and their consuming of what is illicit. What they have been doing is truly evil.

And you see many of them, namely, the Jews, vying, falling headlong, in sin, in calumny, and enmity, wrongdoing, and their consuming of unlawful gain, what is illicit, like bribes; evil is that, deed of theirs, which they have been committing.

وَتَرَى كَثِيرًا مِّنْهُمْ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الاِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَأَكْلِهِمُ السُّحْتَ

And you see many of them (Jews) hurrying for sin and transgression, and eating illegal things.

They hurry to devour prohibited and illegal things, all the while transgressing against people, unjustly consuming their property through bribes and Riba,

لَبِيْسَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ



Evil indeed is that which they have been doing.

Indeed, horrible is that which they used to do and the transgression that they committed.

Allah said
