۞ وَلَوْ اَنَّنَا نَزَّلْنَآ اِلَيْهِمُ الْمَلٰۤىِٕكَةَ وَكَلَّمَهُمُ الْمَوْتٰى وَحَشَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ قُبُلًا مَّا كَانُوْا لِيُؤْمِنُوْٓا اِلَّآ اَنْ يَّشَاۤءَ اللّٰهُ وَلٰكِنَّ اَكْثَرَهُمْ يَجْهَلُوْنَ   ( الأنعام: ١١١ )

وَلَوْ
And (even) if
annanā
أَنَّنَا
[that] We (had)
nazzalnā
نَزَّلْنَآ
[We] sent down
ilayhimu
إِلَيْهِمُ
to them
l-malāikata
ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ
the Angels
wakallamahumu
وَكَلَّمَهُمُ
and spoken to them
l-mawtā
ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ
the dead
waḥasharnā
وَحَشَرْنَا
and We gathered
ʿalayhim
عَلَيْهِمْ
before them
kulla
كُلَّ
every
shayin
شَىْءٍ
thing
qubulan
قُبُلًا
face to face
مَّا
not
kānū
كَانُوا۟
they were
liyu'minū
لِيُؤْمِنُوٓا۟
to believe
illā
إِلَّآ
unless
an
أَن
[that]
yashāa
يَشَآءَ
wills
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
walākinna
وَلَٰكِنَّ
But
aktharahum
أَكْثَرَهُمْ
most of them
yajhalūna
يَجْهَلُونَ
(are) ignorant

Wa law annanaa nazzal naaa ilaihimul malaaa'ikata wa kallamahumul mawtaa wa hasharnaa 'alaihim kulla shai'in qubulam maa kaanoo liyu'minooo illaaa ai yashaaa'al laahu wa laakinna aksarahum yajhaloon (al-ʾAnʿām 6:111)

Sahih International:

And even if We had sent down to them the angels [with the message] and the dead spoke to them [of it] and We gathered together every [created] thing in front of them, they would not believe unless Allah should will. But most of them, [of that], are ignorant. (Al-An'am [6] : 111)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

If We had sent down to them the angels, and the dead had spoken to them, and (even if) We had gathered everything before them face to face, still, they were not to believe, unless Allah would have so willed. But, most of them adopt the way of ignorance.
