الَّذِيْ خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمٰوٰتٍ طِبَاقًاۗ مَا تَرٰى فِيْ خَلْقِ الرَّحْمٰنِ مِنْ تَفٰوُتٍۗ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَۙ هَلْ تَرٰى مِنْ فُطُوْرٍ   ( الملك: ٣ )

خَلْقِ
(the) creation
l-raḥmāni
ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ
(of) the Most Gracious
min
مِن
any
tafāwutin
تَفَٰوُتٍۖ
fault
fa-ir'jiʿi
فَٱرْجِعِ
So return
l-baṣara
ٱلْبَصَرَ
the vision
hal
هَلْ
can
tarā
تَرَىٰ
you see
min
مِن
any
fuṭūrin
فُطُورٍ
flaw?

Allazee khalaqa sab'a samaawaatin tibaaqam maa taraa fee khalqir rahmaani min tafaawutin farji'il basara hal taraa min futoor (al-Mulk 67:3)

Sahih International:

[And] who created seven heavens in layers. You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks? (Al-Mulk [67] : 3)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

who has created seven skies, one over the other. You will see nothing out of proportion in the creation of the RaHmān (the All-Merciful Allah). So, cast your eye again. Do you see any rifts?
