قُلْ اَنْفِقُوْا طَوْعًا اَوْ كَرْهًا لَّنْ يُّتَقَبَّلَ مِنْكُمْ ۗاِنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ قَوْمًا فٰسِقِيْنَ   ( التوبة: ٥٣ )

Indeed you
kuntum
كُنتُمْ
[you] are
qawman
قَوْمًا
a people
fāsiqīna
فَٰسِقِينَ
defiantly disobedient"

Qul anfiqoo taw'an aw karhal lany yutaqabbala min kum innakum kuntum qawman faasiqeen (at-Tawbah 9:53)

Sahih International:

Say, "Spend willingly or unwillingly; never will it be accepted from you. Indeed, you have been a defiantly disobedient people." (At-Tawbah [9] : 53)

Say, “Spend, willingly or unwillingly, it will never be accepted from you. You have been a sinning people.”
