وَلِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِ ۗوَاِلَى اللّٰهِ تُرْجَعُ الْاُمُوْرُ ࣖ ( آل عمران: ١٠٩ )
walillahi
وَلِلَّهِ
And to Allah (belongs)
Et à Allâh (appartient)
mā
مَا
whatever
ce qui
fī
فِى
(is) in
(est) dans
l-samāwāti
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens
les cieux
wamā
وَمَا
and whatever
et ce qui
fī
فِى
(is) in
(est) sur
l-arḍi
ٱلْأَرْضِۚ
the earth
la terre.
wa-ilā
وَإِلَى
And to
Et vers
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
Allah
Allâh
tur'jaʿu
تُرْجَعُ
will be returned
sont retournées
l-umūru
ٱلْأُمُورُ
the matters
les affaires.
Wa lillaahi maa fissamaawaati wa maa fil ard; wa ilal laahi turja;ul umoor (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:109)
English Sahih:
To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And to Allah will [all] matters be returned. (Ali 'Imran [3] : 109)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
A Allah appartient tout ce qui est dans les cieux et sur la terre. Et c'est vers Allah que toute chose sera ramenée. (Ali-'Imran [3] : 109)

C’est Allah Seul qui détient en Sa possession ce que contiennent les Cieux et la Terre. Il en est le Créateur et décide de son sort.
C’est à Lui aussi que reviendront toutes Ses créatures et Il rétribuera chacun selon ce qu’il mérite.
