Ali-'Imran Ayah 129

وَلِلّٰهِ مَا فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ يَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَّشَاۤءُ ۗ وَاللّٰهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِيْمٌ ࣖ  ( آل عمران: ١٢٩ )

walillahi
وَلِلَّهِ
And to Allah (belongs)
Et à Allâh
mā
مَا
what
(appartient) ce qui
fī
فِى
(is) in
(est) dans
l-samāwāti
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens
les cieux
wamā
وَمَا
and what
et ce qui
fī
فِى
(is) in
(est) sur
l-arḍi
ٱلْأَرْضِۚ
the earth
la terre.
yaghfiru
يَغْفِرُ
He forgives
Il pardonne
liman
لِمَن
[for] whom
à quiconque
yashāu
يَشَآءُ
He wills
Il veut
wayuʿadhibu
وَيُعَذِّبُ
and punishes
et châtie
man
مَن
whom
quiconque
yashāu
يَشَآءُۚ
He wills
Il veut.
wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
Et Allâh (est)
ghafūrun
غَفُورٌ
(is) Oft-Forgiving
très pardonneur,
raḥīmun
رَّحِيمٌ
Most Merciful
très miséricordieux.

Wa lilaahi maa fissamaawaati wa maa fil-ard; yaghfiru limai-yashaaa'u wa yu'azzibu mai-yashaaa'; wallaahu Ghafoorur Raheem (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:129)

English Sahih:

And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. (Ali 'Imran [3] : 129)

Muhammad Hamidullah:

A Allah appartient tout ce qui est dans les cieux et sur la terre. Il pardonne à qui Il veut, et Il châtie qui Il veut... Et Allah est Pardonneur et Miséricordieux. (Ali-'Imran [3] : 129)

A Allah appartient la création et la gestion de ce que contiennent les Cieux et la Terre. Il pardonne à qui Il veut parmi Ses serviteurs par Sa miséricorde et châtie qui Il veut par Sa justice. Allah est Pardonneur avec ceux qui se repentent parmi Ses serviteurs et se montre miséricordieux avec eux.
